Return Policy:
CSN offers a no hassle return policy to all approved returns. Returns must be approved by  Customer Service and a Return authorization number will be issued for the return. In the case that a item is damaged or defective a replacement will be issued and prepaid return form will be issued for the return. Please note: All unapproved returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please feel free to contact Customer Service for any further questions regarding returns.

If an item is sent back without authorization it will be immediately destroyed with no refund processed.

Refunds:

CSN does offer a satisfaction guaranteed refund policy on all approved refunds. CSN does require that you have a receipt or order id number for the refund process. All refunds will be reviewed through Customer Service and then upon approval the refund will be granted. 

CSN does not except any returns or refunds past 30 days of purchase. Please feel free to contact Customer Service for any questions regarding our refund policy.
